Ma vi assicuro che se la fate anche per un dopo pasto o per portarla come pensiero ad amici farete sempre la vostra porca figura!!! :D&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: xx-small;"&gt;&lt;i&gt;(a presto la foto)&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Georgia,&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,serif;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;Torta di mele e Alchermes&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;a name='more'&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Georgia,&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,serif;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;Ingredienti:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Georgia,&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,serif;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;4 uova&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="font-family: Georgia,&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,serif;"&gt;200 gr di zucchero&lt;br /&gt;1 bicchiere d'olio e.-v. o.&lt;br /&gt;1 scorza di limone grattuggiata (se molto grande basta 1/2)&lt;br /&gt;300 gr di farina 00 &lt;br /&gt;1 bustina di lievito per dolci&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;4 mele preferibilmente golden&lt;br /&gt;Liquore Alchermes q.b.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Preparazione:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Inanzi tutto sbucciate le mele e tagliatele a cubetti della grandezza che preferite, metterle in una baccinella e bagnatele con l'alchermes finchè non saranno ben rosse. Ogni tanto tornate a mescolarle.&lt;br /&gt;Accendete il forno per farlo riscaldare.&lt;br /&gt;In una ciotola montare bene le uova e lo zucchero (più montate, più si "sbiancherà", più l'impasto sarà soffice).&lt;br /&gt;Aggiungete l'olio e la scorza di mone e continuate a sbattere.&lt;br /&gt;Nel frattempo imburate una teglia e infarinatela (io uso quelle praticissime in stagnola o rettangolare o tonda misura media a bordo alto: rettangolare 6 porzioni, tonda Ø 28 cm).&lt;br /&gt;Unite la farina ed il lievito (io li mischio sempre prima) e continuare a mescolare finchè l'impasto non sarà perfettamente omogeneo.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ora, versare parte dell'impasto, diciamo una metà circa, nella teglia tanto da coprire il fondo.&lt;br /&gt;Cospargere le mele tutte belle rosse e fare un bello strato, poi ricoprire con il resto dell'impasto.&lt;br /&gt;Infornare a 200° per 50'-1h circa (dipende dal forno, il mio è quello standard.
